we strive to give you an all over body workout that's enjoyable while pushing yourself out of your comfort zone
but a variety of classes ranging from cycle butts and guts, to cycle strength and HIIT classes. We also love doing things together outside of the studio. We love to get involved in our community as well as hikes or lake days together. Come join our fitness family.
Try out one of our Cycle Strength classes, which provides a full body workout experience. We get you off the bike and will focus on upper and lower body using a variety of dumbbells, weighted bars, slamm balls, etc.....
